The loss of control of ones facial muscles after consumption of large amounts of alcohol. Note: -Subject may be fully conscious and standing when beer stroke occurs. -Beer stroke is probably caused by a build up of toxins in the blood, restricting the function of the brain, causing the subjects face to resemble that of an individual that has recently suffered a stroke. -A variation of the beer stroke is when the subject spontaneously loses all control of its leg muscles and sense of balance, which results in falling to the floor.
