When someone incessantly purchases new cars one after the other replacing their old car with a new car. Often the car purchaser will go through reasons as to why they need to purchase the new car. "its better fuel economy", "its got back seats for the kids", "its the snow - I needed something better for the snow", "It will get me more chicks" etc Not to be confused with ndubz buying where you replace a car on a seasonal basis. e.g. this is my winter car
