As created by Jeremy, the greatest dude that ever lived. To perform the Famous Dave you need the following: Famous Dave's barbecue sauce and a willing woman. Once you have secured those two things the Famous Dave may be performed. Pour some of the barbecue sauce onto a woman's anus, have her then fart it onto your chest, once the sauce is on your chest she will lick it and give you a nice wet kiss with said sauce. That is the Famous Dave...not recommended to the faint of heart, but works exceptionally well under the influence of alcohol.
