This originates from Nepal. It's a sex position in which a man/woman is being raped by other men in a random morning, preferably before 5:30 AM. This sex position is very similar to that of spooning, but the only difference is that it's 1. in Nepal at over 3000 feet in the altitude, and 2. where there are people standing around watching and laughing while the raping is going on.
