A council of fifty or so red haired people who meet on the perihelion every year to decide on world events. The base of operations is in Jinger Port, South Africa. A majority of their operations are carried out by a secret hit squad of red heads called Ginganinjas. Some famous members include Ron Howard, Carrot Top, Thomas Jefferson(founder), myself, and Malcolm X(he had reddish brown hair)
