1) Dirty hot dog water, an off-the-menu item served at many of New York's finest hot dog stands. Purported to give hallucinogenic effects similar to those of LSD. 2) A prank involving the steeping of one's weiner in a cup of lukewarm water prior to serving it to unsuspecting victims. Often garnished with one stray pube. Principally served over ice in the southern United States.
