1. A patch of hair that has broken off or is missing from the rest of your head. Typically after a perm has burned it off, and it has to start growing over again. So embarrassingly it will be shorter than the rest of your hair. It results in forcing you to cut your hair off to be the same length, or resort to wearing a weave or wig. 2. Also associated with your hair, but it causes others to say, "Whoa, what happened to your hair, it's fucked up."
