An alcoholic beverage made from any clear liquor, including but not limited to, vodka, silver rum, tequila and gin. The typical 'Devil Water' is 1 part liquor, in most cases rum or vodka, 1 part plain old water and a splash of pineapple juice. The drink was created in 2008 in Lake Worth, Florida United States by a 25 year old man trying to watch his caloric intake. The drink is rather dangerous in that it's flavor is very minimal and can be deceptively strong causing more drunkenness than anticipated. The one glaring upside is that while you are dehydrating your body with alcohol, the water helps ease the potential next day 'hangover'.
