The act of performing a mock "motoboat" (see "motoboat", the act of pushing one's face in between two ample breasts, and rocking one's head side to side very rapidly while making a vigorous, lip-vibrating "brrr" sound) in the air, as opposed to actually in between breasts, towards a deserving recipient. Especially effective when targeted at a female locked in conversation with another person and/or when drunkenly talking to her yourself.
