A sexual act performed by a woman using a butter churn, a lathe, and a draft horse. Named after Sarah Ann Goodesbottom (1622-48), an early settler of the Rhode Island Colony who performed notorious sex shows for sailors and merchants in port. Goodesbottom's act was so deviant that neighboring magistrates from the Massachusetts Bay Colony eventually seized her, tried her for witchcraft, and burned her at the stake.
