Sketchwa is a bastardized word derived from the term Sketch One which means someone who is scetch. Sketchwa usually refers to a person who is sketch. But can be used to describe anything you do not want to be involved in or anything you dislike. It is used as a synonym for "Fuck that!", "Damn that sucks/is a burn" or simply "No way". Antonyms: Awesome, Sweet, Cool, Nice, Good Job, Good for You, Way to go. "Dude i went out with that girl that works at hooters last night!" "You mean the fat chick that was taking out the garbage? Scetchwa!!"
