Cote-Saint-Luc is an upper-middle class residential suburb in Montreal, Quebec. The population is predominantly Jewish and anglophone. It is a safe neighborhood with nice facilities such as the Samuel Moskovitch arena, Eleanor London Library, Parkhaven pool, and its various parks, most notably; Pierre-Eliott Trudeau park. p.s. William Shatner grew up in Cote-Saint-Luc.
