1. Mythological creature in Norwegian folklore. Dangerous and eat people, but not too booksmart and can be outsmarted. The troll lives in the mountains in caves and can be found lurking around the woods looking for people to harass, eat og demand stuff from. The troll verys in height to being half the size of a grown up person to being 5-6 times the height of a normal person. It's the latter one that is dangerous. The small trolls are just devious, backstabbing and like to tease (but often in kahootz with the bigger trolls). In Norwegian folklore the bigger trolls are often depicted with a pinetree growing out of their nose. This could be suggest that they are mystical woodcreatures from the underworld or something or just to demonstrate the size of them. They also have a tail. In older days, children in Norway were called trolls if them misbehaved. 2. People who provoce in discussionforums on purpose.
