A norwegian word reffering to someone, or something exeptionaly tough/strong/unbeatable. The word itself is most commonly used in a refference to Egil, whom publicly is known as the most "maskin" person in Norway. This has as much to do with his apperance, as it has to do with him being away 0 days and 2 hours over 50 years as his job as a teacher. This absence was due to a heart surgery performed during the early hours of the day, but he returned as soon as he awoke from the narcosis and made it back to the third lesson.
