The protaganist of an urban legend about the greatest chav ever, known for his animalistic low cunning, aggression, compulsive desire to scrawl his name on any flat surface and inability to spell or speak proper English (or know which year it is). He may or may not actually exist; there have been a few reported sightings and his tag (weavo 2k6) is often found on the sides of buildings but it is unknown as to whether the graffiti was done by the real deal or just an imitator or prankster.
