When a chick deepthroat's so far that she appears to have a very pronounced adam's apple. This is in reference to the idea that if you eat a banana whole or in large chunks, it can be seen moving through the skin on your neck. When occurring homosexually, this would be reffered to as a "double apple." Not to be confused with Adam's Banana.
