To cream oneself - a euphemism often used to describe the extreme stimulation of mind and especially body on casting eyes upon a fellow human with breathtaking good looks. To cream oneself is both a guy and girl thing. For a guy to cream himself is that feeling of urgency - that feeling of imminent unloading of his testicles following on from a mind bogglingly rapid penile erection, which in reality stops short of ejaculation and rather leads to a heavy anticipatory outflow of precum/prostatic fluid.
