A vagina that consistently promotes premature ejaculation. Confirmation of a vaguum can be achieved by a minimum of 5 seperate sessions of intercourse with the suspected vaguum, then 5 separate sessions with a control (non-vaguumus vagina) and a return to the alleged vaguum for 5 more separate sessions.
