United States Army TRADOC (TRAining and DOCtrine Command) is based in Virginia and, as its title implies, takes as one of its major duties the training of future Army leaders in leadership skills. TRADOC is entrusted with refining military theory, weapons development, and more cool stuff. Like AAFES is the Army's version of 7/11, TRADOC is their version of Strayer University. It is not a village, let alone anything, in North Korea.
