Flappasaurus – A common condition of people from Central European decent(most notably from the Germanic / Franco regions) where the sufferer of the condition bursts into uncontrollable fits of panic or excitement characterized by a frantic arm swinging or "Flapping". This condition is not curable and sadly for those who suffer from it they are quite often the butt of all jokes in the office / social environment which in turn leads to social alienation or certain stigmas.
