An arm-monkey are those "friends" you probably don't really like, but hang out with just to be nice. Usually younger than you. These arm-monkeys think its "super cool" to grab your arm and hang on to it like a monkey hangs onto a branch. You know you have an arm-monkey because you'll want to cut off your arm everytime the "monkey" comes around and holds onto it.
