slang terminology used in Russia, mostly in Chelyabinsk (Челябинск) The term has become popular in the U.S. since Chelyabinsk's hottest designer, "придурковатый приклад munch" released his new "ВЫ ВСАСЫВАЕТЕ" fashion line, influencing a whole new line of fashion, affecting many American designers. The new slang (also including "paka" goodbye, and "gekki" thank you) was initially brought about during the first viewing of the fashion show, when the popular hit song "вы тупоумны, поэтому я смеюсь над" played in the background. (Updated November 1st) Now generally used as slang for "hey" or "hello" in the U.K. (Updated December 2nd) Now widely regarded as a "new phenomenon'', spreading across the whole U.S. nation from the U.K.
