1.The amount of bend, or curvature, present in a particular object. Commonly used in scientific circles in reference to trees. It is uncommon but still correct to use it to refer to flexibility as well as constant curvature. 2.It can also be used informally to refer to less a less literal lack of straightness in non-physical things.
