The greatest thrash metal band known to man, comprised of James Hetfield (singer/rythym guitarist), Lars Urlrich (drummer/founding member), Kirk Hammett (lead guitarist/god), and Robert Trujillo (bassist). Former members include (but are not limited to) Dave Mustaine, Cliff Burton, and Jason Newsted. Metallica has released 9 major albums -Kill Em All -Ride the Lightning -Master of Puppets -...And Justice for All -Metallica (aka the Black Album) -Load -Reload -St. Anger -Death Magnetic Metallica also released other projects, such as S&M, where the band recorded some of their greatest hits with the SFSO; Garage, Inc., a strictly cover disc set; and Some Kind of Monster, a documentary on the making of St. Anger. Metallica is amazing. Don't deny it.
