Similar to its coined root term "Swagger" which is defined as the certain manner in which someone conducts themselves in both walk, talk, and general style; "Strat Swagger" may be used in place of "Swagger", given the following conditions are present: A) The individual being referred to as having "Strat Swagger" must have a not too severe to be dangerous, but severe enough to be noticeable attraction to underage members of the opposite sex.
