A demonstration of frustration or sudden burst of temper due to poor, inadequate or non-existent service. The term originated from an infamous lunch on a Cruise boat in which crackers were given to one customer with their soup and not the next customer. That customer, whom did not receive the crackers, proceeded to throw a crackertrum with the waitress.
