Usually a person on the darker side of society's edge,a scammer, self assured, scandalous, self motivated often by the need of quick cash for the next "hook up". One who scours the ground or searches thru near-by trash cans at the exit doors of a buzy retail store hoping to pick up a discarded store receipt, enter the store, then collect each item listed, and then proceed straight to the customer service desk, and promptly, effect a fast cash return for the items. This person is a reverse shopper.
