A Texas Mudflap is the act of a woman (or man) lapping their tongue on the man's butthole while holding his nuts in her mouth like a greedy squirrel. This is similar to tea-bagging but with an extra step for added degree of difficulty. Proper preparation is to have the man's anus partially or fully shaved. A hairy butthole changes the act to "Millionaire's High Tea".
