When the bacteria in the mouth has been allowed to build up into a thick, semi-solid coating over the back and centre of the tongue. Usually a white, glossy substance with a brownish, yellowish hue. Weed/cigarette smoke, alcohol and food contribute to the stew of bacteria collecting at the back of your throat and tongue, causing sour, foul breath.
