Using the same theory as a wedgie. The crunchy is the next step in this ever evolving torture medium. A hand full of gravel, 1/2 to 1 1/4 inch rocks, are inserted into the back of the victims underwear. Then the underwear is pulled up from the rear. The victim is taken off there feet if this is done properly and blood should pour from the ass. This can also be combined with the atomic wedgie, the result would obviously be the atomic crunchy.
