1.) A mythical sexual organ, belonging to neither men or women. Located in the same spot as the penis or the vagina, it is a raised bump, with a whole in the center. The whole is 1-2 centimeters in circumference, and cannot be used for sexual intercourse. 2.) An insult of the worst kind. Used to describe people, who have no redeeming qualities.
