Is a word used to describe a person who has little self respect and has very low standards when it comes to relationships. It is also used to describe a person who has had consecutive bad relationships with undesirables. It is a word that is being used quite frequently in southern Ontario. The word Originated from someones name but is now being used to describe others with the same bad relationship habits.
