A computer programming technique/practice where two programmers work together to improve their code through mutual code review. Sometimes criticised due to its abuse by less competent individuals to shelter their lack of ability under the protection of a mentor. Such abuse traditionally involves the two 'programmers' being physically present together at all times the code is worked on... and perhaps some man loving.
