An almost daily occuring astronomical weather related event which takes place in the sky above the Washington State city of Seattle when one celestial object (a massive dark grey overcast) moves into the place of and/or overshadows another (the blue sky and bright sun which in reality is always technically above that city but is being blocked out by all the grey clouds). 2. A Seattle based hip-hop artist known locally in that area for being somewhat controversial.
