A book written by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, a Russian author also known for his well-acclaimed novel, "The Brothers Karamazov". Crime and Punishment is a novel often required by English teachers for students to read during their summer vacation. Some students may be discouraged at the length of the book, which is over 650 pages, but it's an absolutely fantastic novel filled with suspense and figurative language to make one certainly think over the actions of the characters. It is, without a doubt, the best book I have ever read.
