A sexual act that is given to a woman which consists of simultaneous analingus and digital-vaginal attention. Much like a Rusty Trombone, this is the gender polar-opposite. Called the Peter Frampton because the woman's lover looks like he is playing a guitar that is coupled with a voice modulator. For extra style points, the lover may fondle the woman's breasts, resembling a guitarist's hand movements along the guitar's fret board.
