The action of ordering an alcoholic drink at the bar rail. Then once the drink is received you reach into the cup/glass with your fingers, scoop out the ice, throw it over your shoulder, and hammer the drink back. This is usually an action done by people who are already drunk, or people who want to get drunk quickly.
