Pertaining to the modern rebirth of 'pamphleteering', the distribution of physical paper pamphlets which describe political isues of the day, and typically conatian a call to get involved. 'tangibe' draws a distinction between person-to-person distribution of physical media, as opposed to modern online methods of communication. Or, pertaining to the 'retro' aspect of grasroots political movement using pamphlets and traditional print media, and vaguely in the style of the French Enlightenment period. Etymology: tangible.
