A phrase often used by StarCraft II lead designer Dustin Browder while commentating Battle Reports for the game. StarCraft community members have adopted the phrase, using it to describe their reaction to anything that is mind-blowing, hilarious, shocking or downright insulting. It has also (jokingly) been proposed as a StarCraft II cheat code.
