A blunt that is provided as a consolation for a friend who has just had an expensive piece of paraphernalia, usually a bong, smashed by the pigs. Having a bong smashed, especially by a smug prick wearing a badge, is one of the most disheartening parts of smoking weed. Usually requires some good cannabis to prevent a paraphernalia charge turning into a murder-suicide.
