An AWESOME SOUNDING accent that is a mix of Russian and Italian. Pronounced Rush-ta-lee-an if you're stupid and couldn't figure that out on your own. The infamous Group-X has a similar sounding accent if you have heard their music stylings or voices. Also good prank-calling material.
