A mooelcher is a combination moocher (someone who is continously sponging and living off friends) and welcher (someone who routinely reneges on debts, especially debts owed on bets or wagers they just lost). Properly pronounced the moo - is empashized much like a cow mooing as in "mooooooelcher!"
