A bit much. Over the top. Where Gnarly or Brutal individually indicates something good, the combination of the two signifies a rape of both words. 1.) Something disgusting to the point of revulsion. Where if it were kicked a couple notches back it might be cool in the horror movie kind of way. But instead it's morphed into something grotesquely macabre. 2.) Incomprehensibly Impossible. A Jaw dropping event leaving the onlooker stunned. In a bad way. Such as someone who spends SO much of their lives playing video games, they're good to the point where it's sad.
