Someone who cannot and will not rest until the peaceful existence of everyone around them is filled with some sort of crisis, drama or emergency. Someone who finds boredom in peaceful and happy things. Someone that has a need for or addiction to drama. Someone that can find and cause a major problem about something minor and inconsequential. A person that feels lost in the world, direction-less and confused unless there is some sort of problem (real or imagined) that MUST involve THEM.
