(n) Restless Loser Syndrome is a disease some people get that causes them to keep thinking their phone is ringing/vibrating when really, it isn't. So the person keeps checking and checking their phone only to see that it never rang in the first place, making them a loser. The origin is unknown, but the cause is said to stem from a person mistaking a light shake in the leg or an odd noise for their phone ringing.
