A style of male circumcision in which the cut is positioned in the coronary sulcus, typically about 5mm behind the corona of the glans. It is often referred to as "low and tight", and is considered by its supporters to give the best overall appearance. Almost all the inner foreskin and usually the frenum are removed with this style, which may result in some loss of sensitivity. This may help to remedy premature ejaculation in some cases.
