Slang term, or personification, of the prescription pain medication Vicodin. It is most often used to describe Vicodin pills. However, it can be used as a person's name in order to give the actual narcotic human qualities. In this case, the pronoun used would be "she." Examples 1 and 2 explain this respectively. It is pronounced the same as the woman's name. Multiple pills are referred to as "Vickys."
