Refers to the geographical region of Cincinnati, OH. Mainly used in a derogatory way by Clevelanders in Metro-Cleveland because Cincinnati is so conservative and because Cincinati folk have southern twangs instead of a Cleveland accent. The image of a Southern redneck is very much associated with Cincinati and Kentucky. Close proximity to Kentucky, traits of a Southern accent, thoughts of hilbillies, and strong Republican support in Cincinnati makes it a joke to liberal leaning, Cleveland Accent talkin Northerners.
