when making a left turn, pulling out across one lane AND stopping right there in the lane, until a viable opening occurs. On the Cape, Rte 6 being a single lane in each direction, is really the only/main road. It is very difficult to make a left turn when summer traffic is heavy. So what do you do, you pull out across one lane blocking traffic, wait for an opening and go.
