A sexual act where someone puts cocaine in and around their anus and then cups their hand over it and farts, catching the fart and sticking it in someone else's face (also known as cupcaking). The person receiving the cokecup is then in a difficult position because they want to take in all the cocaine but have to take the stinking fart in with it.
